In stock items should be processed and shipped by the next business day and delivered within 7 days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the information is available from the carrier. International shipping will be dependent on the country and customs procedures.
Custom and out of stock items will be dependent on the current volume of the manufacturer. As each item is hand made, please expect to receive your item around 3 weeks from the order date. We will keep you informed at every step so you are never left wondering.

We hope that your item exceeds your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss a return or replacement.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you do need to return within the 30 days, please ship your return package to our warehouse for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

We ask that you please clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on the return package. International customers should also write the RMA number to help customs. Please also indicate the declared value is zero dollars ($0.00) on the return paperwork.
Resonance Cork is not responsible for lost returns. If a return is sent to the incorrect address or if custom fees are applied, the cost will be deducted from the return. Any packages delivered COD will be automatically sent back to the customer.
All items are handcrafted and cork is a natural material, so we cannot guarantee an item will be 1) immediately available for exchange or 2) that the exchanged item will have the same grain patterns. If you email, though, we will work with you to find the best solution.
